James Hallatt, GlaxoSmithKline
James Hallatt currently leads GlaxoSmithKline’s global Oral Health Category and is a member of the division’s management team. He has over twenty years’ experience with the company leading businesses in Asia, Continental Europe and the UK. He also spent several years running two of GSK’s global brands.
After completing his Batchelor of Commerce degree at Rhodes University in South Africa James’s career began with Unilever before joining Beecham in London in 1988 as a Senior Brand Manager. He then moved through a number of marketing and then General Management positions in South Africa, Hong Kong, Italy and the UK.
James is an Internationalist with a rich background in Consumer Marketing and General Management.
In his current role he is responsible for delivering the category and brand program that effectively grows GSK’s Oral Health business around the world.
Out of work James enjoys spending time with his family and is an ardent supporter of London Wasps.
