Núria Antoja, Marketing Director UK Health, Reckitt

I have lived and worked for the last 20 years in different companies (HP, Henkel and Mondelez), industries (tech, personal care and food), functions (sales and marketing) and countries (Spain, Germany and now in the UK). I am currently Sales Director in Mondelez International, one of the largest snacking companies in the world and owner of iconic brands like Cadbury, Oreo or Toblerone.

Previously to this role, since I joined the company in 2012 I held Marketing Director roles both in the UK and in Spain. I am proud of having lead business turnarounds, market-share growing trajectories and award-winning campaigns. But especially I am proud of working in brands that have been part of generations of consumers’ lives and willing to contribute to take them to the future generations and to ensure brands live a true purpose.

Leading teams for almost two decades , mentoring, coaching and developing people has become one of my most rewarding experiences and where I can also get energy and learn from. In my most recent times, leading big cross functional teams, inspiring and bringing people to work together for a common purpose is where i what thrives me and where I can make a bigger impact.

Member of the Mondelez Cocoa Life Ambassador program in 2016 (sustainability program), I think we can all make a difference in the world starting every day. In 2020 I was also honoured to be named in the Campaign’s Power 100.

Raised and born in Barcelona, now living in London with my partner and loving it
