Radha Davies, Brand Development Director, UK and EMEA, Virgin Group
Radha Davies is an experienced marketing leader with over 25 years’ experience gained across multiple industries. Having started her career at Diageo, Radha has worked on a number of global brands such as Bailey’s, Smirnoff and Johnnie Walker in domestic and international roles.
She has also worked in private equity, building the bathroom brand Ideal Standard for Bain Capital. In the public sector, Radha led the repositioning of the Post Office brand during a period of transformation. More recently Radha has led brand and comms teams in the tech sector for King, launching new games within the Candy Crush Saga franchise. She is currently Brand Development Director for Virgin Group where she leads Virgin Masterbrand development for all UK & EMEA businesses including Virgin Media, Virgin Atlantic and is a member of the board for Virgin Racing.
Radha loves nothing more than building high performing teams who create outstanding work and have fun while they are doing it. She is a Board Trustee for the Creative Mentor Network, a charity focussed on increasing access to the creative industries for young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds. She is married to Paul, mum to George (age 14), Ruby & Leela (twin girls aged 11) and Maggie (an energetic 18 month old Labrador).
Since lockdown Radha has learned to draw, taken up exercising in her dining room and become a champion Bananagrams player.
